These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at kiwiplaylounge.com (the "Site") and all games, content, and services provided through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. This does not affect any consumer rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation in New Zealand.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kiwi Play Lounge regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that or any other provision.
